Just bring any raw fruit or vegetable dish.
These can be simple or elaborate.

I am certain this book will make 'Hallelujah Diet' a household
phrase.
This lifestyle is so right for bringing
you closer to God. I think one of the most impressive points
is that we are admonished by Scripture not to be conformed to this
World. And yet, just like everyone else, we run to get a
prescription for a new pill every time we get sick. And on the
Standard American Diet (SAD), we get sick in spite of all the
prayers against it. God set up natural consequences to putting
things in our Body/Temple that don't belong there, especially the
likes of processed foods, animal products, refined sugars & grains,
caffeine and other drugs. You can pray for food like that to
nourish your body all day long, but that miracle isn't likely to be
granted, as it just isn't within His Will generally. There are
going to be consequences down the road, and we can see, as our diet
has become more dependent on those foods, that they include cancer,
obesity, osteoporosis, diabetes, and more, as those dis-eases have
become epidemic in the US.
Try this out for just 4 weeks and watch
the improvements happen.
My
personal diet:
Breakfast is 12 oz Reverse Osmosis Water
with 2 drops of AlkaLife
Half hour later - 8 oz 2/3 Carrot to 1/3
Greens (Celery, Cucumber, Leafy) with 2 t. BarleyMax +1 t. BeetMax
Lunch is a Big Salad. I like Earth
Fare, Ruby Tuesdays, and Shoneys Salad Bars. I usually will
get a big one to go and take a segment for each meal. I get 4
meals from one Earth Fare sald! I top it off with Barlean's
Flax Seed Oil or Sesame Tahini for dressing. Sprinkle a few
soaked walnuts, almonds & cashews and oooh yeah!
4:00 I have 12 oz more pure Water
4:30 8 oz Carrot/Greens with 2 t.

Dinner is another serving of salad, but
sometimes I like to make a roll-up sandwich with those big whole
wheat tortillas from Earth Fare. I will cut it in 2 and get 2
meals out of it.
I usually snack on some cooked food like
soup, Air Popped Popcorn (try drizzling
Sesame Oil and Garlic Powder, Cayenne, Nutritional Yeast, & Celtic
Sea Salt- YUM!), or Ezekiel Bread Toast and Raw, Unfiltered Honey.
You really can do this. I noticed
that my cravings went away when I started eating this way, and I am
sure that it is because my body is finally getting all the
nourishment it needs.
The weight is coming off and I have more
energy to exercise. Be sure to add PraiseMoves to your
exercise routine!
Getting sun daily really helps keep the
depression away. I love that part of the lifestyle, as well as
opening the windows anytime the weather permits. Leaving them
open at night is sooo refreshing. You get that same energy as
when you are camping out, so now I know where some of that comes
from;) |
